McGrath Farm

Spring has finally arrived….or so the calendar says. We are hoping the frost is done and Shaun can start his garden. I am more excited for this year because not only will we get to enjoy the garden once again, but Spencer will be able to too. AND my wonderful friend Becca (“Whoot! Whoot!) got me a Beaba baby food maker. She knows me very well and figured if anyone in the world was going to make her own baby food, it would be me, and of course Shaun’s organic garden would be the ultimate supplier. In a few months we will be grazing on raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, different varieties of lettuce, spinach, sugar peas, green beans, summer squash, zucchini, artichokes, asparagus, corn and carrots. Oddly we don’t live on a farm, but someday I’m sure. Last summer we got a kiddie pool for my girlfriends daughter Hayden. She loved it. I can’t wait for Spencer to play in it this year.
